How we work

Estimates and timelines are provided after the discovery phase. We communicate in good faith: if scope changes mid-project, we discuss the impact on budget and schedule before proceeding — never after the invoice.

All contracts are concluded with ESTET Software Development, Poland, European Union. Invoices are issued in EUR.

Intellectual property

Unless agreed otherwise in writing, you own 100% of the source code, designs and documentation produced for your project once it is paid for. We retain the right to reference completed work in our portfolio unless a non-disclosure agreement prevents it.

Confidentiality

Everything you share with us during discovery, development and support stays confidential. We are happy to sign an NDA before any technical discussion begins.

Liability and warranties

We provide post-launch support terms in every contract. Our work is delivered as described in the accepted estimate; we commit to fixing defects in the delivered scope within the warranty period defined by that contract.

Nothing on this website constitutes a binding offer. Final commercial terms are established exclusively in written agreements between both parties.
